Question by Nez: In Nevada and California what is the penalty for illegal Mushrooms?
Are the laws different in the two states?
Assume the person had a small amount but may be charged with sales a well as drug possession, even though they did not sell them. Can some one please explain the possible charges and conciquences? Also what to expect form the time of the arrest.
